Chaining Multiple Tasks Together

With Entry Automation, you can link multiple tasks together to create one concurrent action. Using this, you can achieve actions like generating multiple export files that are sent to multiple people and then deleting those entries.

Tasks can only be chained together on the same form.

For tasks to be chained together, they must meet one of the following criteria:

When multiple tasks are chained together, they run in the order they are displayed in the task list.

To change the order tasks are run in, grab the handle in the right hand column of the task list and drag and drop the task below the task you want it to run after.
